SHIPPING

The products purchased shall be delivered to the address indicated on the order within 2-5 business days in EU countries from having accepted the order

Yes, we ship our products around the world with standard shipping rates applied. ( Estimated from €30-€50 / 5-10 business days )

Our most common carrier partners are Fedex and Correos Spain.

Product prices shown include taxes. For deliveries to countries that do not belong to the European Union, any custom duty for importation shall be payable by the consignee. The customer is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs and any restrictions on imports.

Damaged packages must be notified immediately by indicating the nature of the problem on the delivery note for the product, which shall be returned to the carrier. If there was a problem with reference to the physical integrity or completeness of the goods received, must be notified within 7 days of delivery

PRODUCT

We design our products at our Headquarters in Madrid, but they are made in our own workshop facilities in Vietnam.

We much focus our efforts to make beautifully handcrafted pieces to endure in time. However,  whether you should experience any fail or defect in materials we will repair or replace free of charge.
Unfortunately, the products can wear down over time therefore this warranty does not cover degradation tear over the natural lifespan of the materials.

To submit a warranty claim, please send us an email to support@ulteriorbrand.com including your Order Number, together with a short description of the problem.

Once in a while we offer exclusive deals by signing up for our mailing list, using a coupon code or percentage discount.
