What is the return policy?

You can return the products within 30 days from the date you receive your order and they cannot be used, worn or damaged. Goods returned in conditions other than those described will not be refunded.

How do I make a return?

You can request a return on this page by entering your email address and password to start the process. Once the return request has been made, you will receive a confirmation email that your return is completed.
Products returned for exchange must not have been used, worn or damage and must be returned with the label still attached.
Any goods returned in conditions that do not comply these requirements will not be replaced or refunded

Can I make an exchange?

Yes, you can exchange an item and we will cover the shipping cost. Please contact our Customer Service (support@ulteriorbrand.com) which will guide you through the process.

How long does it take to get my refund back?

Once we have received your return, the condition of the returned products will be assessed and any refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date the goods were received.

Ulterior will refund the total price of the purchased products and you will be notified by email when the refund has been completed.
